Yes, this is the famous Sandown Race course.
Bless her, Carol had bought us tickets to a craft show held in hall below.
It was wonderful, especially to see Bob walking around with us and taking in
all the different crafts. I could never see him doing that in Perth.
We really enjoyed it.
Carol was inspired to take up knitting.
One has to say that the English really know how to knit and some of the
wool was beautiful.
As we walked to Sandown the weather was lovely, but when we left the clouds rolled in and so did the rain.....we walked back in the rain.
It was fun!
