Bindoon Boys Town

Amazing when you think that the eldest boys would have been 16, the youngest 12. This is quite a memorial to the lads.

The school is now an agricultural college for children of farmers , or those interested in pursuing a career on the land.

Set in a lovely valley, it's quite impressive when you see it from a distance. Although parts of it were never really attractive.

Over the last few years they have done a lot of clearing and cleaning up, plus added some new buildings . When the film
Oranges and Sunshine was made, the producer was not allowed to take photo's of it.....pity! The version of it in the film.....aint so hot!
